“History of the internet” is an animated documentary explaining the inventions from time-sharing to filesharing, from Arpanet to Internet. The history is told with help of the PICOL icons, available for free on picol.org. Related Article: A Brief History of the Internet by Time Magazine.

Prezi allows anyone who can sketch an idea on a napkin to create and perform stunning non-linear presentations with relations, zooming into details, and adjusting to the time left without the need to skip slides. This is a movie created with Google Picasa using my Wellsville Mountain images. Google Picasa lets you add text frames, audio, transitions and other effects. Check out The Daily Coyote.  It’s a blog website by Shreve Stockton about her experience raising an orphaned coyote baby she named Charlie.  Shreve sells email subscriptions containing photo’s of Charlie, prints, calendars and  t-shirts to earn extra money.  She also recently published a book.  Shreve has a successful business model worth studying. -Email Subscription [...]
